This site is very easy to use, they do NOT try to sell you other things you don't need (or want) nor do they make you sign up for anything. Pick what you need and whalaa - there for you in seconds. The deed is great. However, I do not believe your Statement of Full Consideration is up to date as it does not give the reference for an exemption on the Transfer on Death Deed.
