I am really impressed by this website. Not only is it affordable, but they give a detailed description, instructions, and an example to follow. Also there are additional forms included. And it's State, even county, specific. They do not require a subscription either as you can just order what you want. Thank you!

I'm very impressed. We're a small nonprofit, and we usually walk our documents into our county offices for recording. So I was a little bit skeptical about how things would work if we did it electronically. But it was a smooth, quick, painless, and reasonably priced process. I expect that this will be our preferred method even after county offices re-open.

Exactly what I needed and VERY fair price. I paid $19.97 for what a local attorney wanted $200 to do. I filled out the form using the line by line guide and filed it at the court house today. Absolutely no problems.

Great service! I downloaded the Quit Claim Deed package and I'm so grateful I did. It contained detailed directions on how to fill out all the forms, an example of a finalized copy, and excellent customer service. Also, if you choose to use their digital service, they will digitally submit the documents into the County Recorder's Office for you. Going through DEEDS.COM for the service I chose saved me over $300. Recording my new deed was a breeze. Thank you again DEEDS.com!

I called the county clerk office yesterday that i wanted to get a deed e-filed and recorded. I was told they are not accepting documents in person because of the COVID 19 pandemic that I have to mail it. I found Deeds.com online and in less than 24hrs i have my document. Thank you!!!!! $15....Totally worth it.
