The primary purpose in granting this Durable Power of Attorney is to appoint an Agent to
Act in your place with respect to all financial and health care needs should you become disabled or incapacitated. Accordingly, the Agent shall have all powers as are necessary or desirable to make decisions on your behalf for your best interests in accordance with the Uniform Power of Attorney Act, RCW 11.125 et seq.
This Power of Attorney revokes any and all previous Powers of Attorney.
Appoints a Primary Agent and Alternate Agent if needed.
Termination:
As long as you have capacity, you may revoke this Power of Attorney by written notice to your Agent and, if this Durable Power of Attorney is recorded, by recording the same written notice of revocation in the county office where deeds are recorded. Otherwise, this Durable Power of Attorney shall terminate upon your death in all respects, other than the disposition of your remains as authorized under RCW 68.50.160.
Applicable Law:
The laws of the State of Washington shall govern this Power of Attorney.

Deed.com is an amazing site. After calling many places and going on many websites to figure out what I needed to submit (most counties cannot help with questions and the place I needed to turn the documents into could not help either, they are not allowed to give legal advice) I came across Deeds.com. It has been so helpful and I was able to research what documents I needed. I purchased one document and after more research I realized I needed a different document. Example deed given did not apply to married couples as joint owners with both being grantors. The example and directions also did not show how to write more than one grantee as equal grantees. Both would have been helpful when husband and wife are granting their property to their children equally. Also when attaching the exhibit A with the property description the example did not say "see exhibit A"in the property description area, so I didn't write that. Luckily the recorder of deeds allowed me to write it in. I think directions and examples for multiple scenarios would be helpful.

Deed.com is AMAZING! I only had about 2 weeks to get my quit claim deed recorded by my county office before my refinace due date approached.
