3. Or a Title Insurance Company, Pursuant to authority granted by Virginia Code 55.1-339(E).

The release of mortgage form was OK, and accepted at the recorder's office, but there were some problems. Many of the fields to type in were too small to accept the data, and I could not find a way to change the field size or use a smaller font. Otherwise I was satisfied.

Guidelines somewhat helpful. Forms fillable but not editable unless you buy an Adobe conversion service subscription. End product looks crude and amateurish. Fields can't be reduced or enlarged to accommodate unique data. Very disappointing.

I am very pleased with my purchase of the Affidavit Death of Joint Tenant form. Easy to download. Hopefully easy to fill in. Just wish there was wording for a Beneficiary Deed for moving real estate property owned by a married couple to their Trust upon death of last Trustee.
