Forms used, created quitclaim deed that the county accepted without a second look (turns out they see deeds.com forms regularly via erecording and in person). Will be back for any real estate related forms I need and they carry. Will always be my first stop. Also, will use erecording next time, mad I didn't see it this time.

Thank you! My husband and I went in the get notary stamps for a Special Warranty Deed and a Post Nuptial Agreement. The representative was very knowledgeable and thorough with the notary process. She made sure we read and understood all documents that we were signing and they required us to recite in sworn statements that everything there was true and understood! Great and fast service. Would have been grate to have seen a little more detail or a pre-filled sample in the fields. Had a little confussion in some of the lines to fill out since the guide only explains a few of the lines not all of them. Otherwise, is really great to have this service with low cost. Thank you.

The form was short, and explainable.. so that is my feed back on that...but we have not received anything back to actually see if we filled the form out correctly. So I definitely can not say if I'm satisfied with it or not until I know that it is approved. I would recommend Coos County web site for Forms to people. Thank you.

You charge too much for a form. Your business model is shortsighted. I would not try to use your service again. You got $20 from me this once, but I would try very hard to not use your service again. Your model does not encourage serial or professional usage.
