This is a specific power of attorney for the sale of real property, in this form the principal(s) appoint an Agent to perform any tasks necessary to sell or convey a specific property. There is a "Special Instructions" section where the principle can further limit/define the agents powers. Since this document must be recorded it is formatted for county requirements and is governed by Texas laws.
This power of attorney is not affected by any subsequent disability or incapacity of the principal and shall be considered a "Durable Power of Attorney."

The process was fast and efficient. I did get a bit confused after entering info for my package but soon realized I had completed this part of the process and only needed to leave the page and wait for review of the document and then the invoice. Everything went well except that any information that I typed in on the computer download moves upward so that the letters or numbers are somewhat elevated above the line that should be even with the words on the form. I think it will be acceptable to the county recorder, but I don't especially like to submit things that appear uneven. I asked for help but just received a robotic reply that said to take steps that I already had done.
So unless you know a way to correct this I likely won't use your forms again.

This is an option for recording that worked flawlessly with my county government. Given Covid19 has closed county offices to the public as well as the personal kiosks options to record shrunk dramatically. I recommend Deeds.Com for your recording needs.

Great forms - I got several property deeds and really appreciated that they came with the required state forms (for NY). the sample completed form is also really helpful. Attorney wanted hundreds- with this form it is the same amount of work but I can file myself for the cost of lunch!!

Great service - it was my first time using the service and really recommend it. Due to COVID-19, my County Recorder's Office is closed and I was able to create the document using their vast templates, notarize it, and upload it into the system. The recording process took about 7 working days which is not bad considering that most people are working remotely. I will share this website and its many resources with my relatives and friends.
