This is a specific power of attorney for the purchase of real property, in this form the principal(s) appoint an Agent to perform any tasks necessary to purchase and finance a specific property. There is a "Special Instructions" section where the principal can further limit/define the powers given. Since this document must be recorded it is formatted for county requirements and is governed by Texas laws.

This power of attorney is not affected by any subsequent disability or incapacity of the principal and shall be considered a "Durable Power of Attorney."

The process was fast and efficient. I did get a bit confused after entering info for my package but soon realized I had completed this part of the process and only needed to leave the page and wait for review of the document and then the invoice. I recieved my document in a reasonable amount of time. I thought being a member i would be able to look up more than 1 document but it keeps asking me for more money. I requested help, asking if I need to pay for each document but have not yet been answered. I appreciate the fact I got 1 document I needed quickly.

Forms were spot on and able to save over $100 by not going to an attorney to complete the same documents. There were templates on how forms are supposed to be completed. You just need a notary to sign.

After some initial general confusion -- (we sold a small piece of land privately and therefore do not typically prepare such documentation (!)) -- we were able to purchase and download all forms from Deeds.com and understand how to complete it/them. The help is all there, we just needed to read and study it - the "Example" helped alot. We were able to complete the Document per your online form(s) and then take it to be signed/notarized - and take the completed paper document to the Registry -- and it is now all registered and we are All Set. rn Took the morning (only).
