After completing payments on the promissory note connected to a deed of trust, the lender completes this release of lien form. Promptly recording this document in the same county as the original deed of trust and promissory note serves to unencumber (free up) the title to the related real property. There is no need for any words of conveyance because the property rights were transferred when the borrower and lender signed the deed of trust.
Our Promise
The documents you receive here will meet, or exceed, the Young County recording requirements for formatting. If there's an issue caused by our formatting, we'll make it right and refund your payment.

While I was initially disappointed I could not go to the local County to file my paperwork due to Covid-19, I was thrilled to work with Deeds.com. Their staff was INCREDIBLY FAST, super knowledgeable and the whole process happened from my computer in minutes. Very positive experience.

My E-deed was not excepted by the county, so I had to snail mail the documents to the recorders office. Will probably not use this site again, as it did not fulfill my purpose, but would recommend to those who do not have complicated forms.
Thank you for your feedback. We really appreciate it. Have a great day!

It's worth the money. I would like to have seen a variety of examples showing different scenarios for completing a quitclaim deed.

I liked the software, it's very easy to use. Once it's saved as a .pdf document on your computer, the source document is lost when you log out. I wish it could be saved and then edited on their site later instead of having to create a new document from scratch each time.
Thank you for your feedback. We really appreciate it. Have a great day!

It would be helpful if an email was sent to notify you of any additional invoices needed, documents were accepted and/or recorded. It is not always convenient to check your website on a daily basis to determine the status of the requesting recordings.
Thank you for your feedback. We really appreciate it. Have a great day!
