Promptly recording this document in the same county as the original deed of trust and promissory note serves to unencumber (free up) the title to the related real property. There is no need for any words of conveyance because the property rights were transferred when the borrower and lender signed the deed of trust.

Fantastic documents! Easy to complete, looked great after I filled them in and printed them. No problems with the notary or recorder (recorder clerk actually said they see deeds.com documents all the time and they love em cause it makes their job easier). Highly recommend!!

Being new at this, the system was somewhat difficult to understand at first. It took a couple of tries before I got it. It seems to be somewhat slow as well. However, it's a wonderful idea to have documents recorded from the comfort of your home, especially in the times that we are in with COVID19. I definitely don't mind paying the fee which I thought was reasonable.

Nice service at a fair price. Website is not very user oriented. Messages accumulate in the messages area but are not emailed to the client. If you used the service regularly, it would be more understandable but for a first time or occasional user, the site can be time consuming.
