It's worth the money. I would like to have seen a variety of examples showing different scenarios for completing a quitclaim deed.

All I needed to do was changed from my previously married name to my now maiden name and a Quit Claim Deed was all I needed.
I loved that they offered a sample along with very detailed directions.
Great site!

So far, so good. explanations provided for the forms and instructions on how I should proceed were clear as a bell, and it was nice to get immediate delivery of the forms. I'll be looking for other ways to take advantage of this site, for sure.

The deed form is hard to fill in. There is no way to fill in the county in the "reviewed by" section. Also, there is no place for the Grantee's address on the form. I had to include it in the fill-in space for the legal description.

Response was timely, even though unsuccessful in locating a requested deed. Deeds very courteously and professionally cancelled my order and cancelled its charge to my credit card.

Quite simple and easy.

Only one critique: It would be easier if the names of the PDF would reflect the name of the deed/form such as 'Controlling tax return' rather than '1579101185SF56863.pdf'.

However I love downloading forms rather than mail.

The Lady Bird Deed appears to be fine with me as are the instructions. However, there apparently are no specific laws in Texas addressing them other than they are OK. The problem is that lenders are surely going to use them as triggers for their due on sale clauses, especially as the current small mortgage rates begin to increase. The solution to that seems to be to sign and have them notarized, but not to record them unless the holder needs to enforce the provisions. It seems to me that you should consider your solution to that problem in your instructions.
