Forms used, created quitclaim deed that the county accepted without a second look (turns out they see deeds.com forms regularly via erecording and in person). Will be back for any real estate related forms I need and they carry. Will always be my first stop. Also, will use erecording next time, mad I didn't see it this time.

Sorry to hear that your expectations were missed. Your order has been canceled. We do hope that you find something more suitable to your expectations elsewhere. Do keep in mind that purchasing legal forms should not be an exploratory endeavor.

I was very happy with my interaction. The county didn't supply the book and page which was what I needed. The tech refunded my money since I didn't get the info I needed. I will use Deeds.com again.

The boxes do not allow you to add the entire information. The after recording return to box would not let me add a zipcode.

Thanks for the feedback Rhonda, we’ll take a look at that input field.

After a little glitch due to heavy volume at the County Recorder, my document was recorded. County Recorder was closed to public access at the office (due to the coronavirus issues) so all documents were either mailed to them or sent in electronically.
Deeds.com was very efficient at their end with very quick responses to my questions and concerns. I would definitely use their services again.

This was the first time I had ever had to fill out a Warranty Deed, so if it was not for your example form on how to fill one out, I would be still be here completely lost. I had originally gone to another site for a Warranty Deed & they wanted double the amount of your price & their website had no examples forms. I am so happy with your site & service. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to be able to download the forms as much as we need to because as many mistakes I made,I had to print quite a few to be able to get it done right.

I found a typo.
It would be good to list the documents an individual needs to fill out the form.
