In South Carolina a Lis Pendens (affecting title to real property) can be recorded by the plaintiff, with the County Recorder's Office up to 20 days before the actual Court Case is filed (or at any time afterwards). Quite simple and easy.
Only one critique: It would be easier if the names of the PDF would reflect the name of the deed/form such as 'Controlling tax return' rather than '1579101185SF56863.pdf'.
However I love downloading forms rather than mail.
