I called the county clerk office yesterday that i wanted to get a deed e-filed and recorded. I was told they are not accepting documents in person because of the COVID 19 pandemic that I have to mail it. I found Deeds.com online and in less than 24hrs i have my document. Nice service at a fair price. Website is not very user oriented. Messages accumulate in the messages area but are not emailed to the client. If you used the service regularly, it would be more understandable but for a first time or occasional user, the site can be time consuming.

Great service ! Hawaii is not a "forms state" so unfortunately the public has no way to get templates on our local gov site but deeds.com to the rescue. The template was affordable and easy to use and successfully recorded. Great to use when you don't need to involve title or attorneys for simple deed changes, thank you

I liked the service very much. The form I ordered wasn't provided by the local government agency and I couldn't find it on the internet.
I liked that the form came with easy to follow, line by line, instructions and a sample. I also appreciated that I wasn't forced to take on a trial membership to keep me on the hook. I would definitely use this service again in the future!
