Such notice will contain:

2. (The style of the action and the term of the court to which such suit is brought)
3. (A description of the real estate liable to be affected thereby)

Once filed with the Recorder of Deeds the Lis Pendens becomes constructive notice to would be (purchasers and encumbrancers) MO Rev Stat 527.260.

The release of mortgage form was OK, and accepted at the recorder's office, but there were some problems. Many of the fields to type in were too small to accept the data, and I could not find a way to change the field size or use a smaller font. Otherwise I was satisfied.

I LOVE that very concise directions and a sample completed deed were included. They were incredibly helpful. I did like the quick response to questions and the refund of my purchase when they were unable to find a deed I needed. I wasn't sure if I could trust this site, but my deed transfer went through without a hitch with the paperwork that was provided/purchased.

The forms worked well for entering information. I have finished without much trouble. Since the forms are Adobe PDF files you need the free app to use them but you can't edit unless you have the paid Adobe program. And, it was a reasonable price.

This was an excellent service to amend a deed. It was a little frustrating at first, but well worth it, as they review your documents before submission to your "Recorder of Deeds" to make sure they are not rejected.
