The process was fast and efficient. The guide I needed was very easy to understand and the template was easy to complete. I had a property attorney review the deed before I had it registered and she was impressed. Thanks for providing this service. We had searched for weeks for the correct documents. It might help clients to find you soon if the banks and mortgage companies can refer clients to you. They require the forms but offer no direct source to obtain them. You are 5 star in every way.

mostly good; however, you need to update the annual exclusion gift amount from $14,000 to $15,000 (where it has ben for several years), and you need to make your Gift Deed final paragraph be gender neutral like "they" or "he or she" rather than just"he". We women lawyers and our women clients appreciate that.

This site was easy to use for access to State forms for filing in Montmorency County clerks office. Not only did I find claim form but a sample claim was available for assisting on how to complete your form correctly. Found this so very useful for us (public resident) to fill in the form as a .PDF file that prints out typed form - rather than handwritten entries. There is a fee but your access is always available on internet to this site in the future. Saved me time using this site and My filed form looks professional. You have access to several other forms if needed.
