Because the Illinois document DOES NOT transfer ownership when it's executed, the owner may revoke the transfer at will, and is allowed to reallocate, sell, or otherwise dispose of the real estate as desired with no penalties, restrictions or obligation.

Forms used, created quitclaim deed that the county accepted without a second look (turns out they see deeds.com forms regularly via erecording and in person). Site is easy to navigate and forms are as described.
Too bad there is no secure payment link service (PayPal, Apple Pay, etc. So after I verify charge has hit my credit card I will delete my Deeds.com account.
