This form can be used for Torren's property, recorded in Land Court, abstract property-recorded in Regular Court or Dual System recording, property recorded in both systems at the Bureau of Conveyances, located in Honolulu.
This form includes a power of sale clause, allowing for a non-judicial foreclosure in the case of default, a mortgage and promissory note with stringent default terms can be beneficial to the lender.

Fairly easy to use. I had to really search to get some info. I had to use the Exhibit feature because the description box was way too small and I ended up re-typing it. The package had good and useful links. The County Clerk looked at it and said, "I see you used an online form, and that's OK, but..." and proceeded to show me a couple of things that were left out. They recorded it with no problems.

The forms are extremely helpful. They could use some updating. Promissory note "...in the form of cash, check or money order." is a bit outdated. My note is with my son and we have an automatic bank transfer set up for payments. He could Venmo me. There are many other options and likely to be more changes in the future, so I know this is difficult to maintain.

Your documents were very helpful. I went ahead and filled in all the info for the Release of Lien document. It was easy to do with your example. I had all the necessary info such as plot numbers, etc. for the property and everything fit nicely onto the document. It has been notorized and mailed.
