The process was fast and efficient. I did get a bit confused after entering info for my package but soon realized I had completed this part of the process and only needed to leave the page and wait for review of the document and then the invoice. The guide I needed was very easy to understand and the template was easy to complete. I had a property attorney review the deed before I had it registered and she was impressed. This product makes it so much easier to understand and file forms that you might have to pay an attorney to do. All Counties have their own way of submitting forms and with Deeds you have the correct format.

The process went smoothly and gave me what I needed. As an improvement, I would recommend that deeds.com sends an email when there is a new message in the portal. I didn't get any updates and had to log in to track progress each time.

The major problem is too expensive, particularly sometime, only few words need to file correction deed which cost 20 dollars!!

It was OK but unfortunately useless. The jurisdictions are now requesting that documents such as Notices of Commencement not only be recorded at their offices, but also certified. This last service is not provided by Deeds, or at least I could not find it in your website and did not receive a response when I asked if you did. Thus, we are going back to traditional means of recording/certifying

Excellent find (Deeds.com) from a google search, first hit. This was exactly what we were looking for. It also got me to upgrade Adobe to be able to fill in the forms.

I am pleased with this electronic service in making a time sensitive deed transfer since very few options exist currently with the Covid 19 Crisis. This was the only rapid and available option to record the deed transfer and the fee was reasonable.
