How long does it take to get my forms?

How do I get my forms, are they emailed?

A Special Warranty Deed is similar to a General Warranty Deed however it only contains two basic warranties:
a. That the grantor received title.
b. That the property was not encumbered during the time the grantor held title, except as otherwise noted in the deed.
In a special Warranty Deeds the grantor may include additional warranties but they must be specifically stated in the deed.

Forms used, created quitclaim deed that the county accepted without a second look (turns out they see deeds.com forms regularly via erecording and in person). Will be back for any real estate related forms I need and they carry. Will always be my first stop. Also, will use erecording next time, mad I didn't see it this time.

I was very pleased with the ease in use of the forms. I suggest making sure the sample copy is totally aligned with the exact same parts. I was a little confused about the portion "Subject to.."
It was easy to make corrections, additions, etc because the page remained open, and I didn't have to re=open the forms continuously.

The process was fast and efficient. I did get a bit confused after entering info for my package but soon realized I had completed this part of the process and only needed to leave the page and wait for review of the document and then the invoice. It was pretty simple. After payment of the invoice I was notified that the document had been submitted. A few hours later I received notice that the document was recorded by the city. It was fast!

Pros, quick purchase and document availability including instructions and examples.
Cons, For the cert. of trust, the form would not accept the length of our trust name with no way to get around. The pdf file printing did not meet the requirements for 2.5" top margin and .5" other margins as well as the 10pt font size as the form information was shrunk down even when normal printing.

I am very pleased with my purchase of the Affidavit Death of Joint Tenant form. I previously purchased this form from the leading providing of DIY legal forms and it was rejected by the Registrar in my state. I then had to start over. I would absolutely use this service again. It was very convenient and I was pleasantly surprised at how responsive the staff was letting me know updates to my recording package. Also, my documents recorded immediately. I did have trouble uploading my document in the beginning because I didn't realize it had to be a pdf file.
